All DEM filters comply with the current standard and are type-approved

DEM Ltd. adopted a ‘Quality Assurance’ System, based on regulatory lines of certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, a fundamental tool to guarantee our customers the reliability of every single activity of our Company. It is important for us to ensure the conformity of supplies to contractual requirements, the implementation of system improvement, and the monitoring of the maintenance of customer satisfaction.

AL.CA. Ltd., D.E.M. Ltd., and Ades Ltd. together decided to establish a Quality Management System that complies with ISO 9001:2015 requirements, each one for its own activity as stated in the system documentation.

We share with you the value of our work

We guarantee the support of our technicians with more than 30 years of experience and the ability to translate customer requirements into electrical and mechanical design, providing also technical support documentation, design testing, prototyping, and validation. All DEM products are designed and manufactured in accordance with current standards and approved by major international safety institutes.
100% of production is tested for both electrical and mechanical parameters. Requirements of product quality and reliability are agreed with the customer (PPM), together with self-certified supplies.

DEM design and develops EMI filters and electronic boards in the laboratory located at the Longarone plant (in Belluno, Italy). In the same plant there is also the e for ElectroMagnetic Compatibility measurements (EMC) according to Directive 2014/30/EU. The laboratory is recognised as a suitable facility for issuing test reports and tests for compliance with standards. Compliance with standards enables customers to affix the CE mark to their equipment. Some QEED products are also UL Listed.
